okay so i got the hot and cool device few days back and not gonna lie im impressed lol. the modes are actually easy to figure out, no need to read some big manual, just click and go. my skin feels way less oily after and def more soft. only thing is i wish it charged a bit faster but other than that no complaints tbh. worth the price imo ??
